Canine BoardingWe offer four different size runs for dogs based on your pet’s size and needs. Runs sizes (in feet) are: 3x6, 4x10, 10x10 & the executive suite for those pets who do better by themselves. Please inquire for pricing.
Canine Vaccine Requirements 1.All dogs must be current on their Rabies, Distemper, Parvovirus, Bordetella (kennel cough), Canine Influenza (H3N8/H3N2) and Leptospirosis vaccines to stay in the Pet Resort. 2. Dogs must have had NEGATIVE fecal test within the last 12 months. 3. We operate a FLEA FREE facility so if it is found your pet has fleas, we will administer the appropriate flea medication/prevention and charge accordingly. |
Feline Boarding For our feline friends we offer condos in a separate area from our canine friends. We have single, double and quad condos. Please inquire for pricing! Catnasium play time is available to all of our feline friends free of charge!

Belongings
You are more than welcome to bring any belonging that will make your pet feel more comfortable while here for their stay. We do provide bowls during their stay. We do have blankets, comforters, and towels available for free to your pet, so just let us know if you would like us to provide our own bedding. You may also inquire about signing your dog up to receive a cot during their stay while supplies last. If you wish to bring belongings, please label them with your pet's name so that we can assure they get returned to you at your pet's check out.
The Pet Resort is not responsible for any items if damaged, lost, or soiled.
Food
We provide Hill's Science Diet Sensitive Stomach & Skin dry food for all the boarders. Canned food is available for purchase. If your pet is on a "special" diet, please feel free to bring their food with you, and we do encourage bringing pet's own food when possible to decrease any chances of upset stomach due to abrupt diet changes. We do have a fridge to store any food needed. We typically feed twice a day, but we can adapt to your pets needs if their feeding schedule is different.
Medical Illness Policy
VCA Durant Road Pet Resort is overseen by medical professionals who can address your pet's routine or emergency medical needs. If your pet needs medical attention, we will call the emergency number that was given to us on admission. If we are unable to contact you, your pet will be treated as we deem necessary, at normal hospital fees. If your pet is currently on medication, please inform the receptionist. Charges for administering medications are based on the frequency of dosages and the means of administration.
